How long will it take to receive my order?
All items are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing and 2–8 business days for delivery, depending on the shipping method selected.

What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer Economy (4–8 business days) and Standard (2–5 business days) shipping within the U.S.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
We do not currently offer expedited shipping.

Can I return or exchange my item?
Each item is made to order just for you, so we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges at this time. We recommend reviewing the size chart before placing your order to ensure the best fit. That said — if you have any questions before ordering, we’re happy to help!

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We want you to love your order! If something arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, please email us at support@oliveanddot.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right.

My tracking says delivered, but I haven’t received it.
Sometimes packages are marked as delivered a little early. We recommend double-checking with your local USPS office, neighbors, or household members first. If your package still hasn’t turned up after a day or two, please email us — we’ll do everything we can to help track it down!

Can I cancel or change my order?
We get started on your order quickly, so you have a 2-hour window after placing your order to make changes or cancel. After that, your item is sent to production and we’re unable to make edits — but feel free to reach out if you’re unsure, and we’ll do our best to help!
